Let Them Be is focused on improving the safety and education of Michigan's children, while maintaining their innocence by allowing them to be children. We believe that in today's society, children are being forced to grow up too quickly by being over-sexualized by social media and in some cases, in the classroom. Below are just some of the causes that Let Them Be advocates for.

The unprecedented, and unnecessary COVID Lockdowns forced Michigan's children into a state of Learning Loss across all academic subjects.

Age-Appropriate Materials

Public School libraries across the State of Michigan are providing objectional and hyper-sexualized material to minors. We are committed to limiting access to these materials and creating common-sense vetting processes.

Parental Rights

Michigan State Law provides very clear and protective language of Parental Rights over your minor child's education, yet districts are choosing to ignore the law. We will work to educate parents on their rights. You know your child best!

Medical Freedom for Children

After a long few years of COVID vaccine trials, the US is seeing devastating affects of vaccination in children, including unprecedented myocarditis cases. We will work to share information for parents to make informed decisions.

Rogue Sex-Ed Opt-Out Education

Sex Education in Michigan's public schools is not traditional sex education. Efforts are being made across the state to oversexualize students and promote sexual activity in minors. Parent's have a legal right to opt-out.

Protection of Girls' Spaces

Women & Girls are continuing to be erased in sports, spaces and opportunities. This is leading to despair among teenage girls. We will advocate for their identities & all of the amazing things that make girls unique!

School Board Accountability

School Board Trustees are elected officials that are accountable to we the people. For too long, school boards have been misinformed and uneducated on their responsibilities to the communities that they serve.

Alternative Education Resources

Many Michigan parents have chosen to take their children's education into their own hands. We provide resources for Homeschooling, Charter & Private education.
